Flashscore Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing or registering on the Flashscore website (flashscore.fun) or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services operated by Flashscore, including Sports Betting, live betting, bonus programs, and any promotional offers.

To register on Flashscore, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to do so may result in your registration being rejected or your account being suspended at a later stage.

• Each individual may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method will result in all accounts being suspended.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.

Flashscore reserves the right to decline any account registration, with or without providing a reason.

Identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals and, in some cases, deposits on Flashscore. This process is in place to prevent fraud and protect the security of your account.

KYC verification typically requires one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — photos of both sides
• First page and photo page of passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (if NID is unavailable)
• Proof of ownership of bKash or Nagad account

Uploaded documents are typically verified within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false or altered documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Flashscore initiates the cancellation.
• Odds Change: For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final. For live betting, odds can change from second to second.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is officially cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.
• Abandoned Match: If 50% or more of the scheduled overs or playing time has been completed, the result will stand. If less than 50% has been completed, the bet will be voided.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious technical error, Flashscore reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per bet slip. This limit varies by sport.

Placing multiple bets together creates an accumulator or parlay bet. If any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost. A maximum of 20 selections is allowed per accumulator.

Flashscore regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

Wagering or Rollover Requirements This means the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wager requirement means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used on specified sports or markets unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonus bets generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — bonuses cannot be stacked unless otherwise stated.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply when withdrawing funds obtained through bonuses.

Flashscore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Full details of each bonus are always available on the offer page.

Flashscore believes betting is a form of entertainment — and it's our responsibility to make sure it stays that way. That's why responsible gaming tools are built into the core of our platform.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A 24-hour cooling period applies before any limit increase takes effect.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you are allowed to lose within a specified time period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a period of 6 months or more.

Flashscore reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Involvement in suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing.
• Engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or Flashscore staff.
• Submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Involvement in money laundering or any fraudulent activity.

You may close your account at any time — simply withdraw any eligible balance beforehand. Please note that there is a deadline for claiming your balance after an account has been closed.

For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number. Continued use of Flashscore after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
